Norwich

D and I had a day in Norwich. We were going to go to London (a day out postponed from Half Term when I wasn’t well) then remembered it was Remembrance Day and would be horribly busy and possibly have traffic restrictions, so, looking for somewhere about an hour’s drive away and somewhere we’d not been before, we came up with Norwich. They were just going into the cathedral for the Remembrance Day service but we went back later for a quick look around then had lunch and came home. It’s a pleasant enough place with lots of pretty old streets and buildings alongside some large, not so pretty buildings. A very nice day out, anyway. Meanwhile, Alf’s team won 8-1 and Poppy did what she normally does (lays in her bed with her laptop).
