Strawberry Fields

The  arbutus, caithne or strawberry tree is out - native to the Mediterranean, Canary Isles, North Africa - and West Cork and Kerry! It's an evergreen and flowers (little white bells) and fruits at the same time. The fruits look enticing but do not live up to expectations!
