Rest is a critical part of a healthy lifestyle for all ages. Rest rejuvenates body & mind, regulates mood, and is linked to learning & memory function. On the other hand, NOT getting enough rest can negatively effect your mood, immune system, memory, stress level, and overall mental health. I highly encourage each & everyone reading through this lil’ Blip of mine to enjoy a proper rest routinely. Relax.
