Winter Brown Blues

We went to the coast for a few days and when we came home it seemed that winter had arrived. The nights are cold and the days are chilly. Most of the leaves are off the trees. Except for the evergreens, most vegetation has turned to shades of brown. It sure seems that winter snuck in here early!
