A very frosty start

I woke to lovely sunshine and frosted ground today... glorious!  I had to pop in to town and the light was spectacular.  I particularly liked this misty view over the sheep field.  Sadly by 10 o'clock the rain had started and it has poured down for the rest of the day.  
I found a recipe which mimicks the delicious Ikea biscuits we love (but that l can no longer eat being wheat free) which were made with oats and gf flour.. they were spot on!!  Delighted to have a super easy and very tasty biscuit to add to my recipe book! (see extra)
Fire is lit.. and the evening is looking relaxing..
