50% did the sit for a photo. Kelsey did for a nano second then was busy with her stick again. Bit of a chaotic morning as Nell decided to disappear on her walk. Mike dropped Charley and Flora home and went back out with a wheelbarrow to collect some bits of fallen tree for firewood whilst he waited for her to come back. The kids were just finishing off brekky so we joined him as soon as they were done. Just as we found Mike, Nell appeared, looking very sheepish.
I went down to the yard to get Jack in ready for Eva's lesson (which wasn't rained off for a change). Then I had customer dogs to walk before getting back to the yard in time to tack up for Eva's lesson. She keeps losing her stirrups at the moment then gets whiney about it and said she wanted to get off :0( Eve had the second half of the lesson and did really well as Jack was trying her out to see what he could get away with but she sorted him out. He looked fab trotting round but made me feel a little sad that that's how he used to go for Eva.
Curry for tea then got to go out in the rain at 9pm to check the horses as the tw@ts that live next to the livery yard think its acceptable to have a firework party, very often letting rockets off over the horses field. Hope the rain puts them all out!!
Oh and more vehicle bad news, the horsebox which is booked into the garage for next week to investigate an oil leak now needs to be towed there as there is water in the oil. Flippin marvellous. More stuff to organise.
