Comfort food

We had a cheese fondue this evening using Mr DA’s latest recipe: Shropshire Red and Cheshire cheese, pale ale and English mustard, plus a little lemon juice and cornflour; the bread was cob and spelt loaves. The whole thing was delicious and definitely hit the spot!
