Colour at Polesden

I drove up almost to the gate at Polesden Lacey and there are beech trees all the way. Some had lost almost all their leaves, other are still looking splendid. (Extra shows the trees lining the long drive.) Inside the grounds there are a few lights strung between the trees. So pretty. Despite it being a cold day, there were plenty of people about.
So sorry to hear about the floods in Yorkshire and Derbyshire and I hope that no blippers are affected.
