another simple pleasure

After our early morning, long walk and collecting some fresh baked horseshoe rolls and a coffee on the way home, what a way to start off Saturday.

Fried (not grilled I must admit) free range bacon, tatsoi greens from the kitchen planter bed and a local, tomato relish made by an Italian nonna.

There is nothing like a bacon butty!
