Keeping your strength up for the campaign trail

This is Argyll & Bute SNP Candidate for Westminster, Brendan O"Hara back on the campaign trail for the third time in only just over four years and - as candidates have to do - seeking sustenance wherever he can find it during the long , and at this time of year, cold days out on the stump whilst seeking re-election. 

Fortunately the first stop in Rothesay this morning  - after a visit to the new YES Hub in the town - was at an event being run by Incredible Edible Bute which included not just some very good advice on how to prepare a chicken but also the evidence in the form of some very good chicken soup.  

Just the thing for any candidate.
