Hair do

I dropped Charlotte off at the hairdressers early on my way to work. She'll catch the bus back home later.

Mum and her friend Una have gone to Keswick using their bus passes. They'll be off to a show at Theatre by the Lake and are staying over night in the town.

I attended my diabetes prevention class (WW) and was very pleased to learn my hard work the week has paid off with a 5lb loss.

Charlotte had cooked a Chile con Carne for dinner. It went down well along with a couple of glasses of prosecco (all on points of course).
