What to do on a wet windy day on the West Coast ....

Quite a sight to see, but difficult to catch in a still image - so I have gone for this view out to the Tasman Sea through one of the cuttings through rocks.

We managed to arrive just after high tide and with a good breeze blowing so the blow holes were performing, possibly more tourists here than anywhere else we have been too.  We have now driven to Franz Josef and are intending on a minimal driving day tomorrow.  The weather forecast for the west is not looking good so our plans might have to change if things are not likely to improve. 

WiFi connectivity not good here so I'll catch up on comments when we are in the town.  Thanks to everyone who commented on yesterdays blip meet image - it was a great day.

Edit, something has gone astray with the colour balance here, I'll correct that when we have better connectivity.
