Bed not dead!

This is a picture of our retired racing greyhound Flint. He is enjoying a lazy Saturday morning on our bed (a weekend treat by invitation only).

As he is at very close quarters it is only possible to get a head shot; his legs stretch out across me so if I had move he will wake.

Pictured perhaps at his least serene, with eyes semi rolled back in head but still half open, I think that this captures a spirit of the wild animal lurking within as in this state of consciousness he is unable to pose for the lens.

He has started running and growling gently in his sleep as I type this journal.

Maybe I have been rumbled!
