Exotic ‘shrooms

We had an eventful trip home from Sherwood Forest. Our first port of call was a lovely farm shop where we stocked up on some goodies (not including exotic mushrooms from Rotherham). Later - not too far from home - we got caught up in a traffic jam - probably traceable back to flooding. We decided to turn round and take an alternative route, took a wrong turn and nearly ended up back in the same traffic jam. Fortunately we managed to turn round and try again. We thought that the road we took next May we’ll be flooded as in runs close to the River Don and gets flooded at the best of times. Surprisingly, it was passable and we then made it home successfully. Glad to be home and dry.
