The little hats are back

Innocent give (or used to) 50p for every hat sold with their smoothies to age UK for the keeping warm in winter project. In my time at age concern I have knitted hundreds of hats and stuck bobbles on thousands and attended functions in London and posted many off to innocent and then age UK when innocent could no longer handle the amount they got. It was fun trying to see where the hats were sold and if any belonged to our group .
The idea was that the hats kept the smoothies warm in the fridges in winter which in turn kept the old people warm by giving funds to age concern day centres.
