Billy The Seal

This statue of Billy The Seal is of a famous seal that lived at Victoria Park, Cardiff (South Wales, UK). Her story is here   She died in 1939 but became a legend amonst Cardiff people and I remember my grandparents telling me the story as they frequently took us to the park in the early 1960's.
