As I had time to spare before my dental appointment this afternoon I stopped off to walk at Needham Lake.   I was pleasantly surprised to see the lovely colours of the leaves and also the pinkness already in the sky (this was taken at 16.00 hours).   As it happened I needn't have rushed my walk as my  appointment was 35 minutes late.   
I was scuppered as well for my Pilates Class this evening, as I was still in a queue on the A14 at 18.40, my class started at 18.30 so I took the next exit off and came back home.
