After the gym

I prefer to go to the gym in a morning but as my medical referral requires me to be there at the same time as an instructor, I have to fit in with them.

Today my appointment was for late afternoon. When I arrived my next door neighbour was there too, she had a referral for a dodgy knee. I didn't realise that she went too as we don't see each other over the fence so much on these miserable days.

It has been raining all day and when I came out it was dark too. I only had some very underwhelming garden shots taken in the daytime  so the gym in the dark and the rain is my blip.
