dinner date

Remember when I went kite flying with Louisa and Fenton? ... it was only a week ago, well they invited Char and me round for dinner, and they (possibly just Louisa) made a fantastic job of it.

a Gordon Ramsay recipe for sweetcorn pancakes to start with, then a Jamie Oliver's 15 minute meals sausage and tomato pasta dish (that take way longer than 15 minutes by the way), and to finish a most excellent Chocolate Silk cake, made pretty much with bourbon biscuits.

I was very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed it.

They even put candles on it as it's my birthday soon.

I didn't take too many pictures today with my camera mainly cause we were chatting and cause I only had my phone with me during the day, and it has no batteries tonight to have checked if todays phone pictures where any good or not.

I might revisit these last few days write ups to add a little more detail...... I probably won't. :)
