Back on the beaten track
So after 6 weeks of lurgy, it was time to get back to training. There's nothing quite like exercising in cold air to check how much icky mucus is still rattling around one's bronchioles. It turns out quite a bit.
So I was easy on the training, lots of glucose and praying that in the next 100 days I'll find the stamina, fitness and health to do the marathon.
