Ch-ch-changes

Everything seems to be under construction or brand new along San Francisco's Southern Waterfront. The plan is to hang on to and improve the ship repairing and boatyard aspects though. I hope some of the old warehouses are protected, too. Meanwhile, that tower looms over it all.
