Route Map suggestions please

Hoping for some advice please. This (old?) route map came inside a model bus packaging. Husband wants me to get a frame for it. But the paper is creased as you can see. Any suggestions as to how I make it look better for framing? It seems to be ordinary paper. It's bigger than A4, so I can't easily scan it in and muck about with it. Anyway, I'm not that clever!
