Scary doll

Saw this (antique, I think) doll in a shop window today and it was a bit unnerving. It reminded me of someone but I wasn’t sure who - until just now when I realised it’s definitely Jon Snow (the Game of Thrones one rather than the Channel 4 newsreader).
