This rather grand building.....

.....,is the Beach Hotel where I now go the the gym (just for a while!) or Fitness Suite as they like to call it!! The girls are very friendly (& slim) & helpful but I really didn't feel like it this morning. Still I did it......! A few chores knocked off the list this afternoon & a sweet potato curry for supper is in the Rayburn.
