Persevere

Spent another day assignment-wrangling - amazingly tedious work, and I can't be sure that I've done it correctly until I can return a student's script and check that they've received the right thing. (Cut-off date is today, so midnight tonight).

Went out briefly to get some air, buy some foodstuffs, and get that roasting tin - we agreed with Forth Ports and got the middle one.

This letter arrived yesterday - so sections of Constitution St will be impassible for....years. Wonder if I'll live long enough to get a tram to Newhaven.....
