Barnstaple Civic Centre

An iconic 1960's ten storey building, which has been empty since 2016.  It was put up for sale by the Council not long after they moved to the annexe building. I think maybe in the current climate it could remain empty for a while yet.

Aerobic class this morning.The first third was quite gentle, followed by a pretty full on high intensity workout. The final third, which involves lying on the mat, I'm afraid I struggled with.  So my back is still not right, however, once I return from this weekend in London, I will go and have it checked out.
