Remember remember the 5th of November

It is quite hard to forget when you have a wreck of a dog to console. In previous years he hasn’t been too bad but this evening he has been quite distressed, choosing to sit by the front door and then later by the side of the bath while I was in it. Once he was brave enough to come past the staircase he hid behind the sofa after a brief moment sitting next to me panting and shaking.

Odd as he has been to a bastille day firework display with us as a youngster , and been ok ish in previous years. Think their hearing must change as the mature.
