Baking Day

As we are having family to stay this weekend, I decided to get baking this morning, after a sunny walk with the dog.
This is a really delicious pudding: Cranberry and orange, from Nigella a few years ago! You can use frozen cranberries, and it is great served warm with creme fraiche.
I also made a crumble, orange jellies and later some mini fairy cakes.
Russet went to the dog parlour and looks and smells wonderful!
