Moody Mono Parking

It hadn't rained for a few days (YES we actually HAVE had a little rain) and so all this water down at the lower level of this local parking facility seemed odd. I think there must have been a plumbing glitch of some kind. Thankfully NMP (Not My Problem)

Either way it added a lot to the mood, I thought. "Attention. Attention all movie fans. Drug deals, deep throat meetings, car bombings and sundry homicides are allocated to behind the third pillar from the left, fourth passageway. Thank you."
