Clear the Dec!

WFH today and managed down to my Tuesday lunchtime metabolic fitness class which was intense this week.

L woke up before 6 with a bloody nose so jumped in our bed and I got up to start work early.

It’s amazing how much you can achieve before the world starts in earnest.

Met a colleague in Costa late pm before ten pin bowling league match. We won tonight with 5 points after drawing the first and winning the second and overall.
