Oh Lord!!

One of the premises my electrical company maintains is the Isle of Bute Discovery Centre in Rothesay which is probably better known locally by its stage name the Winter Garden.

In 2001 I was involved in a major refurbishment of the building which was saved from ruin by the Tourist Board.

The building hosted many entertainment shows when Rothesay was at the centre of the Scottish holiday scene in the mid-20th century and two of its long standing custodians are Lord Attenborough and Johnnie Beattie.

If you are ever on the island of Bute why not pop in and take in some local history...oh and you can let me know if theres any light fittings needing repaired as well.
