Spent last night at Ju’s and drove over to the house this morning. First job was to pressure wash the hard standing for the new shed. It was filthy , even though J had scraped it with a spade and then scrubbed it . Took a while to get pressure washer set up and then one of the connections immediately came loose. Sorted that out ( fiddly !) but then it just would work. Grr. Moved on to next job- trying to fill in the bottom of the planting bed with cement to stop it leaking soil when it rains . Very tricky messy and slow so just did a bit to see if it will do the Job - not sure it will . Veryfedup by this time but decided to have another go with the pressure washer . Worked out eventually that there was no water coming into it. Checked all connections, getting very wet in the process! Of course the problem was with the very last connection I checked, but fortunately I had a replacement. Changed it and finally everything worked! Hurray! Did the job - not perfect but a lot better. Planted a few bulbs and tidied up and then came home
