Pork Chop

Pork loin chop, butternut squash noodles with turnip greens, and salad. Wine: Le Pont Bandol 2016.

All came out well, and the wine was very nice. My favorite rosés are from Bandol, but I had never tried a Bandol red before (this was a Mourvèdre/Grenache blend).
