Vegetables and Needles

The photo is the small patch outside of the restaurant that grows vegetables for the chef to use, the leeks are growing well!

My final bout of acupuncture this evening. Apparently I can only have four physio appointments on the NHS, so if my pain hasn’t subsided and movement is still restricted in 4-6 weeks I should return to the Doctor. I’m not expecting to get much sleep tonight as last time it was a couple of days before the pain lessened at night.
