Early One Morning....

I'm feeling pretty bad about not doing my bank walk Saturday or Sunday - but I did do 11K steps on Saturday and dragged himself out for a walk on Sunday.  

Today - i headed for the shore - and tomorrow i'm going to have to think this through again. I have a meeting in Glasgow.  Maybe I can find a hill there. 

It was rather lovely this morning - warming up nicely - unlike the zero degrees we had last week. 

It would be nice to sit there for a good wee while - but for five minutes before work is very lovely.
