Change

I can definitely see change coming. I'm curious to see where I am at in a month. Especially with the diet supplements I got in the mail yesterday. Egg white protein in Cafe Latte flavor. Great.

Missed a day of blipping yesterday. Had a missed day previoulys. Don't like those but it doesn't really matter in the greater scheme of things.

Today I hung out with my good friend Jarmo and his lovely girl Michau. They make me happy cos they're such a good match.
