Blencathra Walker

Had a run up Blencathra this afternoon - my second run of the day -
I was very slow compared to my previous times but the main thing was I ran it all. Still a bit of pain but I have had a very hard 7 days and like the doc says - it is going to take time.

On the way up it was thick cloud and I was thinking that the only photo would be off the ring on the top .
Once on the summit a party of 8 walkers were feasting after ascending via Halls Fell. Luckily for me the sun shone through the clouds for a split second and one of the party kindly posed for me.
