It’s Movember - please support Marc

I used to think Movember was an event to raise awareness and promote early detection of prostrate and testicular cancer, but it’s more than that.

Using the moustache as the driving symbol of the movement, Movember focuses on the three key areas of prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health & suicide prevention.

Marc is a group fitness and Spin instructor at the Peak sports village in Stirling and he bares his soul and tells us why he supports Movember from the comfort of a barber’s chair:

His story raised a few tears and made me more aware of mental health and the work the Movember does to raise awareness of this issue.
