With the day starting with this view I knew it was going to be a good one.

The yard sale went pretty well. I was especially gratified for proving some of my “older” friends that I’m not as naïve as they think I am. Both Claudette and Joan asked me why I didn’t advertise when they showed up at my place. Their thinking was that I live in an area that would be too difficult to find. Surely, I was warned, that no one would show up. I had also been warned in advance that no one would buy my patio table without all four chairs (I was hoping to hang onto two if I could). While often older means wiser, in this case, na na na na na na! :P
