Leafy Pavement

Heavy rain overnight brought down a shower of leaves. Today we are experiencing rain clouds, soaking surfaces and a layer of leaves everywhere. A day for staying put.

Today’s Blipfoto shows the pavement bordering our place with golden beech leaves now covering the darker layer of beech nut husks.

It is a day for staying in and catching up with all sorts of minor tasks around the house.

After making breakfast, Pat mentioned the highlights of qualifying for the USGP and we caught up with that. Mildly amused at the grid placing, although I have no great concern who wins or who does not win.
