Day 23 - Kuranda Scenic. Railway

I'm sure the Kuranda Scenic Railway will feature on Michael Portillo's new series on Australian railways. This is the horseshoe bend, a 180 degree bend at Stoney Creek which takes the track down from Kuranda to the Freshwater Valley. I have also included a view and a shot of the station at Kuranda. We also travelled on the Skytrain, did some boomerang and spear throwing, visited a butterfly  sanctuary and walked through some rainforest but I haven't had the chance to go through my pictures yet.
