Morning Walk

Ended up a late one last night. After getting the 9:30 train home I was caught in the tractor beam from the cricket club as I tried to walk by but sadly it got me and I had to go in for last orders.

I wasn’t too bad this morning all things considered and a 6km walk to the shop and around the Murieston Trail and a couple of morning rolls on square sausage and black pudding worked wonders.

Dropping L off at gymnastics later so a trip to the gym planned with MrsT (no badminton today) and then The usual Sunday night session of ten pin bowling planned with the birthday boy (grandad).
