Winchester Cathedral

Shockingly bad weather at the start of the day so I didn’t mind hanging out in the hotel room for the rugby. Then we went into town for lunch at a pizza and cider place with our niece followed by a fascinating tour of the cathedral with a most entertaining and slightly eccentric guide. Toured a few quirky pubs including a self service wine bar (!). Stayed out till dinner then embarrassingly went to the ‘wrong’ Nepalese restaurant from the one I booked as they had similar names.
