Lena's 9th Birthday

A windy and dull day, but it has been dry all day.

I slept longer than planned, finally getting up and on with the day.  I haven't been far, walkies around Scalloway with Sammy, and also Julie and Keba in the afternoon.  Popped along Madeline's for a cuppa before lunch.  Household chores this afternoon, including two loads of washing out and dried.  Been down to Jonny's this evening. 

It's been Lena's 9th birthday today, and she's had a fab day.  Plenty of presents, and peanut cake tonight.  She got a quiz game on kings and queens of the United Kingdom, and I was amazed at her knowledge, she knows way more than me on that subject!  L-R - Ruth, Lena, Michaela and Jonny sneaking in the background.  Taken at Bigton.
