As we left the A19 to join the Stokesley road the sun came out and the light was beautiful.  I should have made a more determined decision to turn off on one of the side roads much earlier as I could have captured some beautiful autumn colours.  Unfortunately when I did turn onto the Kildale Road and found a parking spot the cloud was definitely heading our way and we ended our journey driving though it on our way to Danby Dale.
