AU NATURALE

A pumpkin in it natural state, unsullied and straight off the vine.

A quiet day today.  Had a lowsy night's sleep, due to a sore throat and the start of a cold.  Don't know whether the flu job can give you symptoms of a cold, but I had the jab about a week ago and now have a cold??  Anyway it's just a cold, so just sneezy and tired.

Good excuse to catch up on some reading anyway.  Was going to visit Mum tomorrow but I won't go and take a cold over to her.  Hubby may be alright to go so we'll see tomorrow.

Other than that all is good.  

So what to blip for today.  Hubby had been up his allotment and brought back the last of his pumpkins.  3 of them he gave to Thyme Out for their window display and then they'll probably turn into Pumpkin soup.  Hubby says he' going to have a go at that himself, don't want any wastage if at all possible.
