Dream or nightmare?

Maybe the Bretons dream of Summer and beach days to come when their weather, like ours, is generally foul in November. This is what this month's Breton Calendar suggests.  As to the nightmare, this is our weather today with gusts of wind in excess of 80 mph and torrential rain at times. The extra is the River Yealm running high and fast through the village for the moment contained within its banks.
