Silly Saturday. Don’t look if you are squeamish!

Hope none of you have weak stomachs,  but this was the sight which greeted me on the kitchen work surface this morning!  Every Christmas my mother used to make pressed ox tongue and my children loved it.  My son has just found a butcher which can supply tongues all year round, so two were purchased.  Trouble is that he has gone off to watch the rugby, and I probably won’t see him again today, so I am left with this!  Thought it would do for Silly Saturday!  Thanks to Admirer for hosting.
