Wine growing vista?

Drizzly all day but still mild.

We went this afternoon to the Holmfirth Vinyard, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire for Afternoon tea and vineyard tour.   As you can see the weather was not the best.   After a winding drive we had our tea and declined the tour!   The views are great and would have been much better had the weather been better.   The setting was great, however, the drive there and back a bit tricky.   We were disappointed with the sandwiches and cakes as they were not freshly baked.

We were a bit worried when we saw our table number 13!  Not a place we shall visit again.

Extra is of Al and the  tea, beautiful presentation.  Of course Al makes the picture!

Not our best Anmiversary celebration but enjoying a glass of wine and remembering years gone by.
