The day dawned wet and miserable, with a low mist hanging over the town..... and it remained that way for the day.

But we had a plan..... we went to see the matinee of 'Judy' which we enjoyed, it is quite intense and sad at times, but interesting.  It was not showing in our local cinema so we went into the city to see it.... and my blip is a cityscape which shows how awful the weather was!

The HG had been given a voucher for a meal in a hotel in town, a fairly new to us hotel, and of course I was included, so we went for a meal..... it was nice and we enjoyed seeing round the hotel.

So the weather didn't really bother us ….. much...… but quite a change from lovely sunny weather we have had all week.
